Sandy moved to Summerville in 1986 when she was 18. She started her family early in life and had three beautiful daughters who were born and raised in the Lowcountry. She went on to be a paralegal for 17 years and was lucky enough to begin her dream career as a real estate agent 7 years ago. Sandy worked as an agent at Keller Williams for five years where she quickly became a top producer and a member of the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) in just two short years. She received the Realtor Of Distinction Award after just one year in real estate.

Sandy was able to give back to the community by becoming a Homes For Heroes Affiliated agent and so far Sandy has given $13,000 back to her clients that are in the military (active duty, retired or reserves), firefighters, police officers, first responders, teachers and those in the medical field. In 2018, Sandy got her Brokers license for Sea Turtle Properties to better serve her clients. In 2019, she added a property management division to Sea Turtle Properties and decided it was time to launch her own company.

Sandy is married to the love of her life, Rick, and they have a dog named Maebelline and a cat named Lily. They are members of Seacoast Church in Summerville where they serve in the Kidscoast Ministry. Sandy has a booth at Antiques and Artisans as a hobby. She is also a member of Great Business Networking, creator and facilitator of Just Be Real Women’s Meet Up, moderator of Wescott Life, Oakbrook Life and Summerville Life powered by Sea Turtle Properties on Facebook.
