As we head fast into spring, the weather is starting to heat up, and with the pandemic easing, we are all ready to begin socializing again in the great outdoors or otherwise.
Spring break is no doubt awesome… but sometimes just for kids. Not all of us have the luxury of taking time off when the warm weather rushes in.

Well, it’s official, Groundhog Day is supposed to be behind us. With vaccinations now becoming available around the Summerville area, the hope is that things will soon return to normal.

Even if the virus continues to loom over the next several months, likely, outdoor running events will still be a-go. So, pick a realistic event to train for, strap on your shoes, and hit the pavement to train for these fun runs in the Summerville area.
If there is one thing that I think we can all agree on, it’s that we won’t be very sorry to say goodbye to 2020. It has been very challenging and full of ups and downs.
